I help leaders get out of the fog.

A thinking partner for leaders navigating complexity.

Most of my clients have taken on more scope or responsibility and are discovering that what worked before no longer scales.

“I’m starting to see things more clearly, and I feel more confident in how I show up.”

How I Work

We start by getting clear on what’s actually happening now — what’s being avoided or quietly absorbed, and why the same issues keep resurfacing despite good intentions.

People usually reach out when things like this start showing up:

  • People tend to reach out when one or more of these are true:

    • Time is technically managed, but nothing feels finished

    • Decisions feel heavier than they should, even when the facts aren’t the issue

    • You’re fixing things that shouldn’t require you anymore

    • Team friction shows up as overload, escalation, or quiet disengagement from people who used to care

    • Responsibility has grown faster than the systems supporting it

  • Early work typically focuses on a small set of stabilizing moves:

    • Bringing clarity to what’s actually required versus assumed

    • Making hidden commitments visible

    • Clarifying what should not require the leader anymore

    • Making the unseen mental load leaders carry visible

    • Clarifying boundaries around decisions, time, and energy

  • This is not:

    • Therapy by another name

    • A framework download or a packaged model

    • A productivity system to optimize everything

  • Most people come in thinking they need to solve a specific problem.

We usually start by slowing that down and understanding what the problem is attached to.

That first conversation isn’t about committing.

It’s about seeing whether this way of working is useful before going any further.
